For docouments translation: Micromice carries out TEPQ Workflow：T refers to draft translation, done by mid-level or senior translators of Micromice。E refers to editing, completed by mid-level or senior editors of Micromice, preventing omission or misunderstanding of the source language text. P means polishing, which is particularly used to define the process of editing by Native Speakers, rather than non-native editors. Q is the process of Quality Assurance, used to removing the noticable errors in the documents.

Levels of Translators and Interpretors：Micromice has kept more than 5000 translators and interpretors of different languages under management.
