Translation quality is always the focus of any translation company. However, the quality itself not only is affected by the difficulty of translating different languages, but also decided by various factors. These factors include the rationality of the workflow, the degree of employing manual brainwork or intelligent system, the degree of controlling terminology as well as the gate-keeping of the materials’ confidentiality.
MicroMice employs the translation flow of combining both positions and processes, fully integrating customers, translation representatives, translators, editors and industrial experts. We strictly control the translation quality and ensure our reliable and constant translation services for our customers.
MicroMice receives numerous application letter from employees every day. Only about 20 percent of these applicants can be recruited by our company as in-house or outside translators. By doing this, we can guarantee every translator of MicroMice is:
- translated at least more than 100, 000 words or interpreted for more than 10 days
- not only a linguistic expert, but also has industrial experience
- takes translation as a lifelong-seeking career instead of a job
- has strong sense of responsibility and never-ending passion for study
